Hyder Fattah
Director
Chartered Tax Adviser
Hyder specialises in helping owner-managed businesses maximise profit retention, with a particular passion for advising on the taxation of cryptoassets and income tax reliefs for high earners. He leverages his extensive experience to effectively resolve disputes and negotiate disclosures with HMRC, consistently achieving favourable outcomes for his clients.
With seven years as a former HM Inspector of Taxes at HMRC, Hyder led complex cross-tax investigations and served as a policy and technical adviser. His expertise includes the taxation of cryptoassets, trade loss relief, and the miscellaneous income sweep-up provision, making him a valuable resource for navigating intricate tax issues.
Anthony Allan
Director
Chartered Tax Adviser
Anthony specialises in property taxation and corporation tax. His expertise in these areas was honed during his previous role at BDO LLP, a large international accountancy firm, where he worked as a corporation tax specialist managing a substantial compliance and advisory portfolio. In addition to property taxation, Anthony advises on capital gains, inheritance tax, and residency issues.
He began his career at HMRC, training as an HM Inspector of Taxes. Over five years, he held technical roles in corporation tax before leading tax investigations into some of the largest companies operating in the UK.
Jordan Kane
Director
Chartered Accountant
Jordan focuses on preparing financial statements, group accounts, and cashflow forecasts. He began his career as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young (EY), where he worked with clients including a FTSE 100-listed engineering company. He then became Group Financial Accountant at Peter Vardy before taking on the role of Financial Controller at BM Steel.
Khalid Rafique

Khalid is dedicated to streamlining accounting processes and providing valuable services that help clients grasp their business performance and make informed decisions. With years of experience as a practicing accountant, he is a proud member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and the Association of Accounting Technicians (FMAAT). His passion lies in simplifying finance for others.
Abid Chaudhry
Accounts Senior
Abid provides high-quality accountancy services to our clients, driven by his passion for using digital solutions to enhance efficiency for business owners and free up their time. With extensive experience working with small to medium-sized businesses in Scotland, he is currently in his final year of training to become a Chartered Accountant.
Jennifer Fattah
Payroll Manager
Jen is our dedicated payroll specialist with 15 years of experience in tax, bringing a thorough understanding of tax regulations and HMRC requirements. Passionate about providing exceptional service, she is always approachable and encourages clients to ask questions or make requests. Jen is committed to being available and ensures that clients receive prompt and thoughtful responses at all times.
Reuben Winsley
Accounts Associate
Reuben manages bookkeeping and prepares VAT returns for clients while currently learning to produce annual financial statements and tax returns. His role requires critical thinking and analysis, which he enjoys. He takes pride in meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. Additionally, he is working toward completing AAT Level 3 and Level 4 to achieve MAAT status soon.
Josiah Murebwa

Josiah is a trainee accountant and experienced bookkeeper dedicated to providing accurate and valuable data to our clients. He is on the path to becoming an exceptional accountant. Currently completing his studies at an impressive pace, Josiah is eager to achieve chartered status and advance his career in accountancy.

Hannah is an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant currently studying AAT Level 2. She expertly handles a range of administrative tasks while honing her bookkeeping skills. With a strong background in accounting from her school days, Hannah is confident in her mathematical prowess and problem-solving abilities, which inspired her to pursue a rewarding career in the field of accounts.
Joshua Nicholls

Josh is a dedicated trainee currently studying AAT Level 2, supporting clients as he learns bookkeeping and other administrative tasks. His passion for accountancy stems from his love of problem-solving and his confidence in working with numbers. With each challenge, he eagerly enhances his skills, paving the way for a promising career in the accounting field.
